Once your order is placed, you can expect your wall art to be delivered within 12 business days; 5-7 days for stretched canvas, or 10-12 days for acrylic and metallic laminates.
To cover delivery costs, a flat rate of $20 per delivery applies - regardless of how many items are in that order - so it makes sense to order several prints at a time!
Deliveries are made directly from the professional print company to your door, saving me from being the man in the middle. From time to time I will have your print delivered to me first, as a quality control check. This may add a day or two to your delivery time.
DHL is the courier company that will transport your prints. I will forward you the delivery ID via email so you can track the progress of your package.
I want all my customers to be delighted with their new wall art! Without my customers I would not be in business, and photography is my passion. Sometimes, though, things don't go according to plan, and that's where the law clarifies where each party stands.
Australian consumer law is applicable to all prints purchased from me; you can rightly expect that if the print is faulty or damaged, not fit for purpose, or not as described, you are welcome to opt for a full refund (delivery fees excluded) or a replacement print. Refunds cannot be given for any other reason, eg. you changed your mind, or your partner prefers a different colour etc.
In the event of replacement print/s being sent to you, it will be sent at no charge. You will, however, be required to return the original/s at your expense first.
In the event of you opting for a full refund (minus delivery charges) you will be required to either 1. destroy the print/s and supply proof of destruction (eg photos via email), or 2. return the original/s at your expense, first.
